Shipping policy

At ALKU, every order is packed with care and sent from our studio in Australia using Australia Post. We do our best to ensure your pieces reach you as smoothly and quickly as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including your tracking details.

Shipping Options

We currently ship Australia-wide with the following options:

Standard Shipping - $10
Estimated delivery: 2-8 business days

Express Shipping - $16
Estimated delivery: 1-4 business days

Enjoy free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $200.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Every ALKU order is sent in fully compostable or recyclable packaging - from the mailer bag to the labels and twine - because caring for nature is at the heart of everything we do.
